We are two Registered Nurses with over 60 years experience between us. We have been married 54 years and have 4 adult children.

Ellen has worked in End Stage Renal Failure, Home dialysis, remote area Nursing, Immunisations and more. Michael is a Viet Nam Veteran serving as a USN Seabee and has worked in Engineering, Remote Area Nursing, immunisations, STDs, mens and family health, prisons and more. At the same time we have had several and still have several business interests.

We have spent our lives helping others when we could. We will do our best to bring you valuable information and insights on our channel. We cover Health, Wealth and Happiness issues in easy to understand language. We chose this title because all three of these are related. You will not find information on the stock market but practical things to reduce your stress leading to better health and overall happiness.
